Dog Training in Maize, KS

We know that there are few things more important than the relationship you have with your dog. We also know how frustrating it can be when something like inappropriate behavior gets in the way of what would otherwise be quality time spent with your furry best friend.

This is why our doctors and staff are trained in force-free handling techniques and we have full-time certified instructors to focus on training and behavior issues that occur with our patients. When your dog is well adjusted and behaved, everyone is happier and this results in better care for pets.

Karen-Pryor Certified Dog Training

Companion Animal Hospital is home to one of the only Karen-Pryor Certified obedience trainers in Kansas, and our Doggy Dayschool is the perfect way to ensure your pet is learning & stimulated while they are in daycare. Although Dayschool is no substitute for one of our formal behavior classes, basic obedience such as waiting at doorways and sitting for greetings is continuously reinforced.
